Terms of Service

By accessing or using any website, product, service, program, or offering operated under the AlphaBlueprint brand (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Jason MacDonald, the individual owner of AlphaBlueprint ("AlphaBlueprint," "we," "us," or "our"), operating from Orem, Utah, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

AlphaBlueprint offers the following products and services. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Descriptions of each product or service, including scope and deliverables, are provided at the point of purchase. AlphaBlueprint reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any product or service offering at any time.

Membership in the AB300 Brotherhood is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are issued.

All purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. AlphaBlueprint does not store credit card or banking information on its servers.

All transactions are denominated and settled in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your financial institution.

By providing a payment method, you authorize AlphaBlueprint to charge the full purchase amount at the time of sale. For recurring membership products, you authorize AlphaBlueprint to charge your payment method on the same day of each billing cycle until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. Accounts with failed or delinquent payments may be suspended or terminated without further notice until the balance is resolved.

For the Corporate Workshop, a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required to reserve and confirm your booking. The remaining balance of $2,500 is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.

AlphaBlueprint maintains the following refund policy for each product and service category. Please review this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

Digital Products: The AlphaBlueprint Book and any other digital downloads or digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have received the digital product and waive any right to a refund.

Coaching Sessions (Strategy Session and Elite Coaching 90-Day Program): No refunds are issued for coaching sessions or coaching programs once the session has been conducted or the program has commenced. For multi-session programs, portions of the program already delivered are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours advance notice; failure to do so forfeits that session without credit or refund.

AB300 Brotherhood Membership: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current month's charge.

Corporate Workshop: The $2,500 deposit is non-refundable after seven (7) calendar days from the date the deposit payment is received. If you cancel your booking within seven days of paying the deposit, you may request a full refund of the deposit by contacting us at hello@alphablueprint.net. The remaining balance paid is non-refundable once the workshop has been delivered.

"The Alpha Blueprint," "AlphaBlueprint," and all associated logos, branding, trade names, and marks are the licensed and trademarked intellectual property of Jason MacDonald. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use of this name, mark, or any substantially similar variation is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement subject to legal action.

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to written materials, ebooks, course content, videos, audio recordings, graphics, training frameworks, methodologies, worksheets, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned exclusively by Jason MacDonald and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of any product or service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Content in any medium;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
- Share, sublicense, or transfer your access credentials or Content to any third party;
- Use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Jason MacDonald.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of AlphaBlueprint Content will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available under applicable law.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALPHABLUEPRINTAND JASON MACDONALD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AlphaBlueprint does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. AlphaBlueprint does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Services, Content, or coaching will be accurate, reliable, complete, or meet your expectations or goals.

The information, strategies, and methods provided through the Services are intended for general educational and motivational purposes only. Results vary based on individual effort, background, experience, and market conditions. AlphaBlueprint makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, financial results, or personal development milestones.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHABLUEPRINTOR JASON MACDONALD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALPHABLUEPRINTOR JASON MACDONALD FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALPHABLUEPRINTIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Services to:

- Harass, threaten, or harm any other user or individual;
- Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing on the rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, servers, or systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Share your account credentials or grant access to any third party.

AlphaBlueprint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to AlphaBlueprint, its community, or any third party.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Utah County, Utah. You and AlphaBlueprint each consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting AlphaBlueprint in writing at hello@alphablueprint.net. AlphaBlueprint will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

Your use of the Services is also subject to AlphaBlueprint's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

AlphaBlueprint takes reasonable steps to protect personal information submitted by users. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. AlphaBlueprint cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Services.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AlphaBlueprint with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. The failure of AlphaBlueprint to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of AlphaBlueprint. AlphaBlueprint may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights in any individual or entity that is not a party to these Terms.
