These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlphaBlueprint website, the AlphaBlueprint Academy, and related products and services (together, the "Services") operated by The Alpha Blueprint LLC ("AlphaBlueprint," "we," "us"). By using the Services or joining the Academy, you agree to these Terms.

AlphaBlueprint is a men's performance and development company. The Alpha Blueprint LLC is based in St. George, Utah. You can reach us at [email protected].

The Academy and how it is delivered

AlphaBlueprint Academy is a membership program delivered through the Skool platform. Membership gives you access to structured programs, modules you run inside your own AI, and a community. The Academy is an educational and accountability product. It is not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice.

Membership, billing, and renewal

• Memberships are billed through Skool on a recurring basis. Monthly plans rebill every month. Annual plans rebill once a year.
• Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renew or cancel at any time in your Skool account.
• When you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges are made after that.
• Founding rates are held for as long as your membership stays active and uninterrupted. If your membership lapses, you re-join at the regular rate then in effect.
• VIP membership is sold by application and may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share your login, resell or redistribute Academy content, harass other members, or use the Services for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that breaks these Terms or the community standard.

Intellectual property

All AlphaBlueprint content, including the book BUILT, NOT BORN, the twelve Standards, program materials, prompts, and brand marks, is owned by The Alpha Blueprint LLC and protected by law. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own development. It does not transfer ownership.

No guarantee of results

AlphaBlueprint provides systems and accountability. It does not promise any specific income, business, body, or life outcome. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AlphaBlueprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
