Jason MacDonald is an author, speaker, trainer, and leadership coach, and the founder of AlphaBlueprint, a men's performance and development company.

He has spent years in sales, leadership, and coaching, training and speaking to men who want to build. He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. He built the system that became AlphaBlueprint in his own life before he had a name for it.
